This document outlines the financial requirements for the first round of funding to launch an innovative Employee Welfare Program (EWP) within the market. The program, developed through a strategic partnership between Youth Challenge Company (YCC) and the National Center of Mental Health (NCMH), aims to improve employee well-being and productivity through a holistic approach encompassing physical and mental health initiatives.

What is the Employees Welfare Program?

The Employees Welfare Program (EWP) offers comprehensive solutions designed to enhance employee well-being, creating a happier, healthier, and more productive workplace. This program is available to organizations committed to promoting their employees' health and well-being. It equips chosen ambassadors with essential skills, knowledge, and recommended NCMH initiatives and activities to support and improve the workplace environment.

The program will be delivered through number of projects to be able to assess the Areas in Global Workplace Studieswithin organization. Each project has its own theme and purpose. Quarters projects can be switched based on organization needs except for the First Quarter project
